Starting with a solid cube, a space for the occupation of 3 body positions is created. Looking at the limited natural lighting of the site & the industrial materials of the site, this hermitage, made of hewn wood planes with iron siding, gives various views & opportunities for light or shade from the site to enhance unique experiences such as studying, reflecting, relaxing, & reconvening.
