This parallel planes project uses eleven parallel planes & one path to combine them. It is designed with consideration towards the traffic flow around the site of students, & the light and shadows created by the surrounding buildings & trees. Using these site analysis, different areas of seating & relaxation are created. Bringing the wilderness into the city, the path has been made into a rocky mountainside. The planes imitate the views of the dappling of light through trees, & water flows down one rocky slope as a waterfall.
